Our Certifications

The Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act requires all pesticides sold or distributed in the US to be registered by EPA. When EPA has determined that no unreasonable adverse effects to human health or the environment will result from the sale or distribution of a pesticide product, it grants the applicant a license or “registration” to legally sell and distribute the product in the United States.

The Food and Drug Administration is responsible for protecting the public health by ensuring the safety, and security of human and veterinary drugs, biological products, and medical devices; and by ensuring the safety of our nation’s food supply, cosmetics, and products that emit radiation. With ALF being registered FDA Food facility, we can pack/re-pack displays with pet food, dietary supplements and vitamins, candy and snacks, and soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.

In order to obtain this certification, ALF proved to have heightened security throughout the facility, strict dual-verification security processes, and a multi-month video surveillance storage program.
